The Forging Place is a counseling clinic with highly trained therapists specialized in a wide range of issues for marital therapy, individual counseling, and counseling for children and teens. We work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, stress management, parenting issues. Our specializations help those with PTSD and trauma processing through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). We help with communication issues, interpersonal and relational concerns through Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). We also have three certified Christian Sex Therapists who help with compulsions, infidelity recovery, pornography issues, and general couples sex therapy.
