At The Healing Cottage, our mission is to set a new standard with a holistic approach to trauma recovery, through a thoughtfully curated range of services, support groups, coaching, and optional day long intensives to help in healing more quickly. This approach helps clients reclaim control over their lives. We know trauma impacts every facet of an individual's being—body, mind, and spirit. Our innovative approach addresses the inadequacies of conventional methods which often fall short in recognizing this interconnectedness. We strive to create a collaborative counseling environment where individuals can safely and actively participate in their healing journey, leading to a life of post-traumatic growth...and thriving.
