Intensives are designed for patients who know their treatment goal and are ready to address them in an accelerated way. ​We get it, you aren’t always going to be able to make weekly therapy appointments. Intensives allow you to have an extended amount of care in a shortened period of time. Advance your mental health without the hassle of billing insurance or only spending an hour with your therapist, only to realize you have more to process when the hour is over. Intensives allow you to receive the benefits of approximately 3 months of therapy in 8 hours and allow you to skip the waitlists and engage in treatment sooner! Intensives are offered for couples and those seeking EMDR therapy.
