Digging Roots Grief Counseling provides compassionate, client-centered care for individuals, couples, and families. While specializing in grief, we also support a wide range of mental health concerns. Services include individual, couples, and family sessions, as well as group support and workshops. Using a holistic, solution-focused approach, our clinician helps clients build coping skills, set meaningful goals, and navigate healing. In-person and telehealth options are available. We accept Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Allegiance, CSKT Indian Health Services, and Mountain Health Co-op, with a sliding scale for self-pay clients.
