One Therapy and Consulting, PA provides mental health and substance misuse services to people who have experienced trauma. We provide compassionate care with a focus on quality individualized services, including EMDR. Please call the office or visit our website to schedule an appointment. Services are provided in-person in New Bern or anywhere in North Carolina via telehealth. We accept the following insurance as in-network: Aetna, Aetna State Health Plan, BCBS, Healthy Blue Medicaid, MedCost, Optum/UBH, Tricare Prime (with referral), Tricare Select (without referral), Trillium Medicaid, VA Community Care, and WellCare Medicaid. Office hours are Monday through Friday By Appointment Only.
