Currently accepting new clients. At A2Z Trauma and Counseling we work with you to overcome depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns you may have. We want to help you through your struggles so you can live the life you want. Every person has the option to work on their struggles through talk-therapy or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR has been found to work on most mental health concerns and is no longer designated only for traumatic experiences.
