I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in trauma. Trauma can be caused from all sorts of things. And it can cause all sorts of symptoms. I believe emotions are energy, and when emotions are not expressed they're stored in our bodies. So, our unexpressed emotions are trying to get out and can turn into immune disorders, diabetes, heart disease - not only my belief, but researched science. I use EMDR and Innerchild work to help my clients heal. I also use Expressive Arts to see what your brain makes of the trauma and healing.
