We provide creative and holistic mental health care for veterans and women who have experienced trauma or are dealing with anxiety, depression, or stress. All services provided by veteran Rachel Mims who is a board certified Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor. Rachel is certified to provide Cognitive Processing Therapy and is trained to provide horticulture therapy and EMDR. All services are provided online. We take the following insurance: Aetna, Cigna, Oxford, United Healthcare, Oscar, BCBS Mass. Virtual Network, BCBS TX HMO & PPO, Ascension Personalized Care, GEHA, TriCare, TriWest, Humana Military, Health Net Federal Services, Horizon BCBS of NJ, and Meritain Health.
